Non-contactable numbers
As a member of the Direct Marketing Association csm is committed to respecting the ethical code for its retail telemarketing activities.
csm thus respects the principle of data confidentiality prohibiting call centers from using addresses and telephone numbers with the annotation « no advertising » and marked with an asterisk in the Swisscom telephone directories (Robinson list).
It should be noted that this does not apply to campaigns where existing clients are contacted, i.e. where a relationship already exists between our principals and their potential clientele (current or former clients).
All calls emanating from the csm call centre are conducted in compliance with this code of ethics.
Furthermore, any person not wishing to be contacted by our call centre can ask for theirname to be added to the « ex-directory list ». All that is required is to write in the telephone number below.
Should you choose to do this, csm undertakes to delete your contact data from all lists used for client campaigns.
